Sub-Surface aerators inject diffused air into the bottom of a pond or lake which improves water quality by increasing overall oxygen levels and circulation. The very small air bubbles produced by the diffusers create an upward current as they rise from the bottom. This brings stagnant water with low oxygen levels up to the surface so it can be oxygenated.
